As a small business owner, it can all be a bit of a rollercoaster!
While I was in the midst of the Christmas rush (working through the embroidery orders specifically), on one hand I was so delighted to see orders coming in, however on the other, trying to make sure the right names are heading out to the right families did almost have me anxiously singing Christmas songs. A few late nights, some efficient list writing and nifty packing processes and all was back on track - a massive shout out to my daughter and Dad by the way, for helping me out.
Getting to the point of my ramblings, is the feedback received recently from our customers has been heart warming. Hearing about children have post bath time fun in their towels, parents loving the quality and a lovely comment about which high-end shop should stock our towels. I just wanted to thank those who have taken the time to provide feedback, we love it and it really does mean a lot.
